Xpert Solutions specialise in the development and delivery of bespoke application training.

We invest time and resource into learning both the application features and your business procedures, ensuring we understand how they fit together. By working with you through this process we learn and understand the challenges which often effect not only those so closely involved with the project, but those who will be using the new application on a daily basis - our delegates - your people.

We believe that this investment of our time is key to ensure project success, as we achieve buy-in to project goals through postive well informed training sessions. We often see new applications rolled into companies, by excellent trainers who know the software inside out, but knowing what impact there may be, and what changes may be required and managing this change through training, is the key to our success.

We are so confident in our ability to successfully learn, understand and work with you, that we do not charge for our preparation time, (except where formal train the trainer training is required), we will develop and run pilot sessions, at which time you can change your mind and not use Xpert Solutions as your training provider.
